Overview
Built and maintained multiple enterprise-grade web applications at PT Hartono Istana Teknologi (Polytron) serving internal operations across Sales, WMS, After Sales, and Production departments. Improved application performance by 20–50% through code optimization, database query tuning, and batch-process improvements.
Problem
Legacy enterprise applications had performance bottlenecks and lacked integration with modern warehouse and production workflows.
Solution
Refactored critical query paths, implemented batch processing, and integrated SAP/MFG systems using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Blade, Bootstrap, and AJAX.
