Innovation Submission Form

Overview

Developed an employee innovation platform to collect and manage improvement ideas through a structured monthly submission and evaluation process. The platform enables employees to submit ideas, allows judges to assess and select impactful innovations, and facilitates winner announcements and employee rewards for ideas with the potential to be implemented.

Problem

Employee improvement ideas lacked a centralized platform for submission, evaluation, and tracking, making it difficult to identify and reward impactful innovations.

Solution

Developed a centralized innovation platform with monthly idea submissions, structured jury evaluations, winner announcements, and rewards for selected employee innovations.
